Mission - Consultants will call on school districts to create relationships, obtain advantages and find strategies
to facilitate a progression from a "paper-based-records-system” District - to a District that utilizes an electronic-based “paperless-document-management-system”.

Scope of Work - Consultants will execute Introductions and Presentations of our paperless school document management system.
Your work with school district leadership ensures job scope and departmental directives are being met.
Responsibilities/Duties include:
- * Present school districts with the understanding and benefits of becoming greener
- * Call or visit schools to set appointments with school district personnel
- * Work closely with company leaders to ensure quality of proposals and cost estimates
- * Participate in pre-estimate checklist meetings with estimating/operations team members
- * Perform site visits to ensure accuracy of projects per department’s policies/procedures
- * Participate in hand-off meetings to operations (Project Kickoff & Production Meetings)
- * Participate in bid-issues meetings with estimators, operations and school district personnel
- * Provide preliminary district statistics to ensure accuracy and completeness of project
- * Execute and manage quality customer relations per department’s policies/procedures
- * Participate in interviews and/or presentations as needed

Income Potential:
Consultants receive a percentage of the contract. Ranging from a few hundred dollars per month to tens of thousands of dollars per month depending on the size
of the school district.
